Job Overview

Christopher Keats Media Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join their team. As an integral part of the operations team, this role will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the company.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the office manager, including booking travel arrangements, managing expenses, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement effective customer communication strategies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Amend and refund tickets to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Respond to customer communications across the portfolio of shows.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to develop methods for handling customer issues.
  • Book travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Submit expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the office manager as needed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
