Administrative Coordinator

Christopher Keats Media Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join their team. As an integral part of the operations team, this role will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the company.
About the Role:
- Provide administrative assistance to the office manager, including booking travel arrangements, managing expenses, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement effective customer communication strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Amend and refund tickets to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Respond to customer communications across the portfolio of shows.
- Work closely with the marketing department to develop methods for handling customer issues.
- Book travel arrangements for staff members.
- Submit expense reports in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to the office manager as needed.
Requirements:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
