About the Role

The Associate Nurse Unit Manager is a key member of the nursing team, providing high-quality care to a diverse client group. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to assess and prioritize client needs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Assess and prioritize client needs, developing effective care plans to meet individual requirements
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care delivery, making recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage a diverse caseload
  • Vaccination against Covid-19 is a mandatory requirement
