Team Overview:

Our Online Learning & Development team is dedicated to crafting and delivering exceptional educational experiences, resources, and communications that empower our employees to excel in providing outstanding service to our customers.

The Learning and Development Coordinator will manage both internal and external training initiatives, oversee course administration, and assist in the execution of various training projects.

This position offers a wonderful opportunity to join a supportive and innovative team that is crucial to our ongoing growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

You will facilitate the organization of training sessions, which includes allocating trainers, reserving venues, and ensuring the availability of training materials.

The Learning and Development Coordinator will also assist in preparing and following up on all training materials and administrative documentation, while maintaining current training templates and records.

You will manage training schedules, disseminate training announcements, and provide follow-up communication to various departments, as well as address any training-related inquiries.

We are looking for a creative individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly. A passion for supporting others in their learning journey and personal development is essential.

You should be self-driven, enthusiastic, and results-oriented, with strong organizational and planning abilities, capable of managing your own workload while collaborating effectively within a team to meet deadlines.

Proficiency in office communication and productivity tools (such as Google applications) is required, along with a keen attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks, and strong multitasking capabilities.
