IT Trainer & Process Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Trainer & Process Analyst to join our close-knit, friendly IT team in either Northampton, Norwich, or Leicester.

As an IT Trainer & Process Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and delivering IT training, improving employee technical skills, and supporting the IT Director with various tasks to provide a smooth IT process for the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify IT training needs for all users across all offices
  • Design and maintain all training materials, user guides, and training videos for all required IT training
  • Maintain and deliver the IT Induction programme for new starters
  • Design and deliver a range of structured and ad hoc training opportunities and provide advice and guidance to users at all levels across the firm
  • Contribute to the policing of IT quality standards and IT policies throughout the firm
  • Work with each department to document business processes and identify efficiency savings through the use/adoption of technology

Requirements:

  • Knowledge/understanding of IT packages such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • GCSE Grades A to C or equivalent
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work professionally and independently
  • A working and support knowledge of legal software applications
  • Good customer service skills

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person, contracted office with ability to travel to other offices when required
