IT Trainer and Process Analyst Job Description

Our client, a close-knit and friendly IT team, is seeking an IT Trainer and Process Analyst to join their ranks. As an IT Trainer and Process Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and delivering IT training, improving employee technical skills, and supporting the IT Director with various tasks to provide a smooth IT process for the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify IT Training Needs: Identify the IT training needs of all users across all offices, ensuring that employees have the necessary technical skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  2. Design and Maintain Training Materials: Design and maintain all training materials, user guides, and training videos for all required IT training, ensuring that they are up-to-date and relevant to the business.
  3. IT Induction Programme: Maintain and deliver the IT Induction programme for new starters, ensuring that they have a smooth transition into the business.
  4. Structured and Ad Hoc Training: Design and deliver a range of structured and ad hoc training opportunities, providing advice and guidance to users at all levels across the business.
  5. IT Quality Standards: Contribute to the policing of IT quality standards and IT policies throughout the business, ensuring that they are adhered to.
  6. Business Process Documentation: Work with the IT Director and other members of the Digital Adoption Team to document business processes and identify efficiency savings through the use/adoption of technology.

Requirements:

  1. IT Knowledge: Knowledge/understanding of IT packages such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows.
  2. Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work professionally and independently.
  3. Education: GCSE Grades A to C or equivalent.
  4. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
  5. Customer Service: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with good customer service skills.
  6. Legal Software: A working and support knowledge of legal software applications is desirable.

Work Location: In person, contracted office with the ability to travel to other regional offices when required.
