About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional services across our network of community hospitals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing cleaning and catering services, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement efficient operational strategies tailored to each hospital's unique needs, driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with hospital management to create a welcoming and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
  • Train, support, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service every day, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing cleaning and catering operations, preferably within a healthcare setting, with a strong track record of delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
  • A commitment to delivering the highest standards of service and customer care, with a customer-centric approach and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to travel across multiple sites within the region, with a Full UK Driving Licence due to the remoteness of some site locations.
