- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with hospital management to create a welcoming and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Training and Development: Train, support, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service every day, and identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all.
- Experience: Proven experience in managing cleaning and catering operations, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service and customer care.
