Purchase Ledger Clerk Opportunity

Interaction Accountancy and Finance is seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team in Kimbolton, Cambridgeshire. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter purchase ledger invoices and reconcile supplier statements
  • Process payments and open new purchase ledger accounts
  • Log supplier payments and support with month-end processes
  • Process expenses and credit card claims
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties to support the team
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a purchase ledger role is essential
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and organized individual with a flexible attitude
  • Own transport is essential, as the site is not accessible via public transport
  • Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
