About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Communications Business Partner to join our team at Thales. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing internal communications strategies that drive employee engagement and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Internal Communications Strategies: Work with senior leaders to develop and implement internal communications strategies that align with business priorities and objectives.
  • Drive Employee Engagement: Develop and execute plans to drive employee engagement and advocacy, including creating and delivering engaging content, identifying and leveraging employee ambassadors, and measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives.
  • Provide Strategic Communications Advice: Provide expert strategic communications advice and guidance to senior leaders and other stakeholders on internal communications best practices, including message development, channel selection, and measurement and evaluation.
  • Lead the Internal Communications Team: Lead and manage the internal communications team, including coaching and developing team members, setting goals and objectives, and ensuring the team is equipped to deliver high-quality internal communications initiatives.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Internal Communications Business Partner who has a strong background in internal communications, strategic communications, and employee engagement. You will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful internal communications strategies, driving employee engagement and advocacy, and providing expert strategic communications advice and guidance to senior leaders and other stakeholders.
