Identity and Access Management Assistant Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our Cyber division as an Assistant Manager.

This role offers a unique chance to work on high-profile IAM projects, collaborating with clients to deliver strategic solutions that meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead IAM project work-streams from inception to delivery, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on IAM controls, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement IAM strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans for multiple domains.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to communicate IAM solutions and their benefits.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IAM requirements gathering, strategy development, and project management.
  • Experience in implementing IAM solutions, including Sailpoint, CyberArk, OneIdentity, Okta, BeyondTrust, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Ability to interpret enterprise-scale user data, generate insights, and construct solutions.
