Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Mayflower Court, a modern purpose-built care home in Norwich. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading and motivating our care team, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the care team to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Work closely with the home manager to ensure that the care home is run efficiently and effectively
  • Provide training and support to care staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement
