Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Mayflower Court, a modern purpose-built care home in Norwich. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our care team, providing compassionate care to our residents, and championing their independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
- Provide training and support to care staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent care
- Work closely with the home manager to ensure the smooth operation of the care home
- Champion the independence of our residents and provide creative solutions to empower them to make informed choices
About You
We are looking for an experienced Care Team Leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and has a natural ability to lead and motivate others. You will have previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings, and will be able to demonstrate our core values of We Care Completely, We Collaborate Proactively, We Act with Integrity, We Pursue Better, and We Make it Happen.
