Job Description

Case Owner

Full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract

East Grinstead/Hybrid (commutable distance)

We are seeking a skilled Case Owner to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK.

The successful candidate will assist and support the M&G Service Department by administering UK & ROI customers in Marine and Military applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate and check engineer's reports, timesheets, and vehicle data for mileage/travel.
  • Raise Purchase Orders as necessary.
  • Administer Value Care Agreements with key customers.
  • Assist with preparing parts orders for delivery or collection by engineers.
  • Submit warranty claims into the TOGA system, ensuring timely submission.
  • Support training and onboarding of new starters as required.

Requirements:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, well-organized individual with excellent data entry skills. Occasional travel to our factory in Germany for product training may be required.

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, particularly XLS, Word, and email. On-the-job training will be provided for SAP, MTU Business Portal, and Warranty System.
