They are currently seeking a Senior Competition Law Associate or Legal Director to enhance their award-winning Competition team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Advise clients on a broad spectrum of antitrust issues, including merger control, market investigations, and behavioral compliance.
- Conduct analyses and notifications under the National Security and Investment Act.
- Provide guidance on subsidy control and related policies.
- Deliver insightful commercial and regulatory advice tailored to your expertise, with ample opportunities for professional development.
- Engage in business development initiatives to cultivate new client relationships and strengthen existing ones.
- Participate in competition litigation and appeals, depending on your experience and career goals.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing within a collaborative team environment, including mentoring junior lawyers.
To qualify, you should be a Solicitor of England and Wales with a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience in Competition Law, demonstrating a strong desire for professional advancement and a commitment to excellence.
