This Top 50 firm in London is actively seeking a Senior Competition Law Associate or Legal Director to enhance their award-winning Competition team. In this role, you will:

  • Advise clients on a comprehensive range of antitrust issues, including merger control, market investigations, and behavioral compliance.
  • Conduct analyses and notifications in accordance with the National Security and Investment Act.
  • Provide guidance on subsidy control and related policies.
  • Deliver insightful commercial and regulatory advice tailored to your experience, with opportunities for further development.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships through dedicated marketing and client care initiatives.
  • Depending on your experience and aspirations, engage in competition litigation and appeals.
  • Share knowledge and collaborate within a cross-office team, including mentoring junior lawyers on significant projects.

To qualify, you should be a Solicitor of England and Wales with a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience in Competition Law. A strong desire for professional development and a commitment to excellence are essential.
