Role Responsibilities

As a Team Leader within our Production area, you will oversee a team responsible for executing DBS checking processes with precision and efficiency. Your role will include:

  • Managing a team of up to 14 staff members, fostering a culture of performance and engagement.
  • Guiding and supporting team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless information sharing and operational effectiveness.
  • Ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures to maintain the integrity of our services.
  • Providing timely and courteous assistance to both customers and colleagues.
  • Allocating resources effectively to meet operational demands.
  • Taking ownership of personal performance and encouraging professional development within the team.
  • Delivering outputs that meet or exceed quality benchmarks.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

We seek candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to improve team performance and engagement.

Desirable Qualifications

Experience in leading operational teams and a track record of effective performance management will be advantageous.
