Main DutiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing leadership and operational coordination for the 24-hour Trust-wide Mental Health Helpline
- Developing and implementing quality service improvements
- Ensuring compliance with CQC essential standards
- Working closely with senior management teams and partner agencies
- Driving service improvements and innovation

Person SpecificationThe ideal candidate will possess:
- Qualified and registered RMN/S/OT
- Postgraduate training relevant to mental health/leadership/management
- Evidence of continued professional development
- Demonstrable significant experience as a senior clinical practitioner in mental health
- Management and/or leadership of mental health services
- Clinical experience in a range of mental health settings
- Ability to establish professional boundaries and resolve operational issues
- Ability to contribute to strategic planning
- Proven effective leadership skills
