We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service & Export Coordinator to join our team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd.
The Role:- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Develop and maintain customer and distributor relationships.
- Resolve queries and issues relating to export orders.
- Responsible for producing credit notes.
- Ensure that all quotations are processed according to appropriate deadlines and standards.
- Collaborate with the production and warehouse teams to manage inventory levels and ensure product availability for export.
- Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and production managers), including warehouse and production, to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and shipments using ERP system.
- Experience user of ERP systems.
- Experience of working in an office environment.
- Knowledge of SAGE.
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Previous experience in customer service, export coordination, or international logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
