Job Title: Customer Service & Export Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service & Export Coordinator to join our team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd.

The Role:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Develop and maintain customer and distributor relationships.
  • Resolve queries and issues relating to export orders.
  • Responsible for producing credit notes.
  • Ensure that all quotations are processed according to appropriate deadlines and standards.
  • Collaborate with the production and warehouse teams to manage inventory levels and ensure product availability for export.
  • Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and production managers), including warehouse and production, to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and shipments using ERP system.
The Candidate:
  • Experience user of ERP systems.
  • Experience of working in an office environment.
  • Knowledge of SAGE.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Previous experience in customer service, export coordination, or international logistics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
