About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at MICHELIN Connected Fleet. As a key member of our Customer Experience Management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate Meaningful Customer Relationships
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences
    • Proactively engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Improve Customer Satisfaction and Retention
    • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and sentiment
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer needs are met
    • Communicate customer feedback and insights to inform business decisions
  • Escalation and Issue Resolution
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer issues and concerns
    • Work with internal teams to resolve issues and provide timely solutions
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • University degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, customer service)
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
