Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at MICHELIN Connected Fleet. As a key member of our Customer Experience Management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate Meaningful Customer Relationships
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Improve Customer Satisfaction and Retention
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and sentiment
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Communicate customer feedback and insights to inform business decisions
- Escalation and Issue Resolution
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer issues and concerns
- Work with internal teams to resolve issues and provide timely solutions
- Education and Experience
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, customer service)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment
- Skills and Qualities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
