Job Title: Customer Experience Project Manager

Job Description:

We are currently partnering with a leading national rail provider who are recruiting for a Customer Experience Project Manager to join their growing Customer Experience team, providing project management support to the delivery of CEX aimed at improving customer experience.

Our client is a renowned international charity with a key focus on transforming children's lives through education.

This is a full-time position with a salary of £58,000 for the ideal candidate, with a multitude of added benefits such as free rail travel for themselves and family and 2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, plan, execute and close CEX projects end to end, across the full project management cycle
  • Meet the KPIs of the project, staying within budget and delivery projects on time
  • Create and maintain external relationships with stakeholders, such as other rail operators & British Transport Police
  • Ensure all Change Management processes are fully documented, supporting risk analysis management
  • Provide project management support and coaching to colleagues in departments who are managing small scale projects

Requirements:

  • Previous success of delivering customer experience projects
  • Project management qualification, or working towards
  • 30 days holiday with the ability to choose when the bank holiday days are taken
  • Free rail travel with the client and 75% off all rail travel
  • Highly discounted travel across Europe
  • 2 days WFH

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
