Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at MICHELIN Connected Fleet. As a key member of our Customer Experience Management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Coach customers to maximize value from our products and services
- Monitor and improve service performance, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions
- Act as an early warning system to address customer issues, preventing escalation and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Connect with customers across the business, working with departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Perform root cause analysis of customer issues and implement permanent solutions
- Obtain, collate, and present customer feedback and insight on service and product
- University degree and a track record of continuous professional growth
- Customer service experience with system and process knowledge
- Ability and confidence to operate effectively across a broad range of customers at senior management level
- Commercial appreciation
