About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Clinical Support Worker to join our Dermatology team at Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical care and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical support to patients and staff, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Contribute to the development of services and ensure the effective use of resources, notifying the Team Leader of any equipment difficulties.
  • Manage and maintain equipment as appropriate within Wirral NHS guidelines.
  • Participate in patient and public involvement activities, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in a related subject or NVQ Level 2 with significant experience.
  • Care Certificate or completion of Care Certificate in post.
  • Completed clinical competencies for clinical tasks and procedures as appropriate.
  • Experience working in a clinical environment.
