Clinical Lead Specialist Child Sexual Abuse Link Practitioner

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Oxford Health NHS Trust as a Clinical Lead Specialist Child Sexual Abuse Link Practitioner. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing specialist support to professionals, parents, and carers working with children and young people who have experienced sexual harm.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality specialist support to professionals, parents, and carers working with children and young people who have experienced sexual harm.
- Offer consultation and support to team members across Children's Social Care and CAMHS who deliver assessments, care, and interventions to children and young people who have experienced sexual harm.
- Deliver training to a range of staff in Children's Social Care and CAMHS colleagues on topics related to child sexual abuse and exploitation.
- Attend strategy and multi-agency meetings for young people identified as open to the BSW In-Reach team to contribute to multi-agency planning and response.
- Work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures.
- Utilize research skills for audit and contribute to research and training within the areas served by the teams and service.
- Be involved in the development of this service as appropriate.
