Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Gas Engineer to become a vital part of our dynamic maintenance team. This role is essential in providing responsive services and larger-scale projects, contributing to the improvement of residential properties and the well-being of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting safety inspections and servicing of gas appliances in compliance with regulations.
  • Performing necessary boiler repairs to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Adhering to health and safety standards for yourself, residents, and team members during all tasks.
  • Executing minor plumbing tasks, including radiator replacements.
  • Exhibiting professionalism and exceptional customer service skills while working in various home environments.
  • Collaborating effectively within a supportive trade team.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or an equivalent qualification, along with current ACS Gas registration, including CENWAT.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to maintaining high standards in a professional setting.
  • Possession of a valid UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.
