About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Operations Director to join our team at 14forty. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership across our contracts, driving profitable growth, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of significant profitable growth through new and existing client contracts and relationships
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships to drive client development and retention
  • Drive operational excellence, ensuring contracts operate within contractual terms and perform to budget
  • Own, define, maintain, and manage account development plans to achieve financial performance
  • Track and monitor performance metrics and indicators for contracts, identifying and implementing improvements where necessary
  • Oversee Sub-Contractor adherence to client and company policy
  • Support the sales team to develop financially sound bids and proposals through to sign off on contracts
About You
  • A minimum of 5 years experience at a senior account management level within the FM industry
  • Experience of managing TFM accounts, including contract catering
  • Experience of managing complex and multiple stakeholder relationships
  • Demonstrable financial acumen
  • A proven track record of client/customer satisfaction
  • A track record of growing sales and retaining business
  • A valid driving license
  • An SIA license (or ability to qualify)
  • IOSH and/or NEBOSH accreditation (working towards)
