Business Development Manager

Prime Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a leading provider of premium heating equipment, we offer a competitive salary, uncapped bonus scheme, pension, full training, and a fully equipped demo vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:- Win new business and nurture relationships with existing accounts
- Achieve sales and margin targets while being commercially astute and technically minded
- Demonstrate successful sales experience in a technical/trade role
This field-based role covers the North East area, and you will travel from your home address. You will be provided with full equipment to work from home.
Benefits:- Competitive base salary of £45,000 with uncapped bonus scheme, averaging £65,000
