About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Offshore Wind Advisory team as a Chief Consultant Wind Turbine and Electrical. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and strategic advice on wind turbine electrical systems, supporting our clients in shaping winning strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and lead relevant working packages for the wind turbine scopes and interfaces, ensuring adherence to project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems during project execution of wind turbine projects.
  • Support and lead technical preparation, coordination, and management of wind turbine scope tendering processes, in collaboration with external stakeholders and our clients.
  • Support standardization processes and initiatives across the Offshore Wind Advisory Team, to develop and improve standard and modular technical requirements for the contracting of the wind turbine scope in international projects.
  • Provide training and mentorship to project team members, subcontractors, and field personnel through fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
About You

We are looking for a highly qualified professional with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in offshore wind project development, execution, and operation. You should have strong project management skills, experience in negotiating complex contracts, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are also essential.
