About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Offshore Wind Advisory team as a Chief Consultant Wind Turbine and Electrical. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert guidance and strategic advice on wind turbine electrical systems, supporting our clients in shaping winning strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support relevant working packages for wind turbine scopes and interfaces, ensuring adherence to project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems during project execution of wind turbine projects.
  • Support and lead technical preparation, coordination, and management of wind turbine scope tendering processes, in collaboration with external stakeholders and our clients.
  • Develop and improve standard and modular technical requirements for the contracting of the wind turbine scope in international projects.
  • Provide training and mentorship to project team members, subcontractors, and field personnel through fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
About You

We are looking for a highly qualified professional with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in offshore wind project development, execution, and operation, as well as wind turbine electrical system design, installation, and commissioning experience. You should have a strong understanding of wind project different disciplines, including design and engineering, project economics, interfaces, risks, and commercial aspects of offshore wind farm development.
