About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As an Account Manager, you will play a leading role in assisting our clients to achieve their sales, revenue, and profit goals by increasing sales from existing customers and winning new ones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of 30 public sector or private sector accounts
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

Requirements

  • Experience in selling security solutions to the mid-market
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
  • Track record of success in similar role
  • Highly driven individual
  • Experience selling to C-suite
  • Right to work in the UK

The Package

  • £60-70K basic salary
  • £50k uncapped OTE
