About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Nouvo Recruitment (London). As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and candidates across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide efficient administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Credit Control: Assist with credit control functions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments.
  • Office Management: Manage office supplies, equipment, and other essential resources to ensure a smooth working environment.
  • Portal Management: Maintain and update our portal system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Communication: Respond to administrative inquiries, liaise with clients and candidates via email and phone, and maintain effective communication channels.
  • Reporting and Data Management: Prepare and analyze reports, manage databases, and maintain accurate records.

About You:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with previous experience in a similar role. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
