To support this growth, they are seeking a Legal Software Solutions Consultant with expertise in Case Management Software to enhance their team.

This role is multifaceted, incorporating elements of Implementation Consulting, Product Management, and Change Management in a client-facing capacity. We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong background in the legal sector, particularly with Case Management Software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to align their business needs and workflows with the software solutions provided by the company.
  • Maintain a focus on delivery and possess commercial insight to ensure that project timelines and budget estimates are adhered to.
  • Oversee the complete implementation process, from initial requirement gathering workshops to configuration and personalized training sessions.
  • Facilitate the configuration of "work types" within the application and guide clients in self-configuration.
  • Set up forms, workflows, and document templates in a low-code environment.
  • Assist the sales team through product demonstrations and prototype development.
  • Contribute your unique insights into customer needs to influence the product roadmap and design essential features where applicable.
  • Ensure successful software adoption among clients through comprehensive training, mentoring, and advocacy.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience with Case Management Software.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to deliver outcomes.
  • A passion for business transformation through technology and the potential of SaaS solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge with an understanding of system and data architectures.
  • Previous experience as a product manager or owner within an IT or product development team.
  • A demonstrated history of designing and implementing innovative solutions.
  • A pragmatic approach, recognizing the importance of delivering on time and within budget.
  • A motivation to collaborate with a team of innovators dedicated to building a leading technology company.
  • Experience in software implementation.
