Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Client Executive to provide exceptional client service and support.
  • Apply insurance knowledge and principles to day-to-day work queries and provide expert advice.
  • Utilize standard policy wording, extensions, and limitations to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
  • Act as a point of reference with insurers and negotiate on behalf of our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal colleagues and teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Use client applications accurately and as defined by the business to maintain data quality and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to satisfy client needs with other services and products and collaborate with internal colleagues to deliver solutions.


Requirements

  • Cert CII or working towards.
  • Sound technical knowledge of the Insurance Industry with reference to commercial insurance.
  • Working knowledge of broking processes and regulatory standards.
  • Competent user of insurance client system; Acturis an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
