About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Client Executives to provide day-to-day account servicing.
  • Apply insurance knowledge and principles to resolve work queries.
  • Utilize standard policy wording, extensions, and limitations to ensure accurate policy application.
  • Act as a point of reference with insurers and negotiate on behalf of clients.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal colleagues and teams to ensure seamless account management.
  • Maintain accurate data quality and use client applications as defined by the business.
  • Identify opportunities to satisfy client needs with other services and products, referring these to internal colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Cert CII or working towards.
  • Sound technical knowledge of the Insurance Industry, with a focus on commercial insurance.
  • Working knowledge of broking processes and regulatory standards.
  • Proficient user of insurance client systems, including Acturis.
