Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Executive to join our team at Hellopolaris. As an Insurance Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate sales by identifying prospective clients and recommending suitable insurance solutions
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to individual client needs
  • Provide top-notch customer service by promptly addressing client queries and resolving issues
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive sales records and reports
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the insurance industry
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Technological adeptness, with proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics
  • Unyielding commitment to ethical behaviour, transparency, and accountability
  • Willingness to work on-site in our office five days a week
