Role: Healthcare Waste DriverWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Class 1 Driver to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient and compliant transportation of healthcare waste from various locations to designated treatment facilities.
Responsibilities- Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle (HGV) to transport waste containers.
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, including those pertaining to the transportation of hazardous materials.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients at collection points.
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving licence with a Driver CPC qualification and Digi Card.
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience, preferably in the waste management or healthcare sectors.
- ADR certification is highly desirable.
- Strong commitment to safety and environmental responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
