Key Responsibilities

  • Providing financial advice and producing financial and management reports to support business decisions
  • Completion of grant claims and statistical returns to ensure compliance
  • Providing financial advice and support, as well as owning ad-hoc projects to drive business growth
  • Authorizing reports for financial implications to ensure informed decision-making
  • Opportunity to take ownership of the revenue accounting aspects of the finance team

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Prior experience of Housing Revenue, ideally gained in a local government or housing provider organization
  • Fully CCAB qualified, or qualified by experience with housing revenue experience
  • Ability to build internal relationships with non-finance staff and leadership teams
