Director of Estates and Facilities

The Director of Estates and Facilities will deliver both strategic and operational oversight to our estates division, leading the departmental team in establishing a secure, sustainable, and welcoming environment across our campuses for both learners and staff. The successful applicant will prioritize and identify capital initiatives throughout the estate, pursue and obtain external funding opportunities, and manage substantial refurbishment or new construction projects.

With recent leadership experience in estates or facilities management, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful history in strategic and project planning. A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations, building codes, and environmental laws is essential, along with a proven ability to secure external funding for various projects.
