About the Role
Our Infrastructure division is seeking a skilled 4D Construction Specialist to enhance our ongoing projects. This role is pivotal in developing and refining construction sequences, logistics, and timelines using advanced 4D methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the 4D Construction Specialist include:
  • Facilitating the development, verification, and updates of construction sequences and logistics through 4D techniques.
  • Comparing planned positions with actual progress at specified intervals.
  • Creating compelling visuals and animations to effectively communicate logistics, access routes, and project progress to various stakeholders.
  • Utilizing technical expertise to present and train team members on the advantages of 4D methodologies.
  • Promoting a collaborative environment by aligning with internal departments to support the Digital Construction strategy.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • A solid understanding of the engineering or construction landscape, particularly in complex projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of planning techniques and their integration with construction methodologies.
  • Proficiency in CAD modeling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or 3DS Max.
  • Experience in delivering training sessions and presentations to encourage the adoption of 4D practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal.
  • A flexible and proactive approach to teamwork.
  • A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Expertise in modeling tools and construction technical knowledge.
  • A working knowledge of temporary works and construction methodologies.
