We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Kurt Geiger. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and inviting shopping and working environment for our customers and retail teams.

The ideal candidate will have excellent internal customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You will be responsible for coordinating planned maintenance, responding to reactive maintenance and Health & Safety queries, and ensuring that all maintenance spends are monitored and controlled.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities with contractors and suppliers, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within budget.
  • Monitor and respond to Health & Safety queries and incidents, ensuring that all necessary actions are taken to prevent future occurrences.
  • Process and manage maintenance invoices and payments, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all store closures are properly managed, including the cancellation of utilities and services.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including PPM schedules, repairs, and inspections.
  • Provide excellent customer service to store teams and retail managers, responding to their maintenance and Health & Safety queries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with store teams and retail managers.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety at work, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to use software applications to manage maintenance activities and records.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.
