About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Regional Manager to lead our stores within the North East / Tyneside area and deliver a truly personalised experience for all our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a high-achieving environment where we win together and all colleagues have a role to play in making our customers feel special.
- Lead store teams to deliver an engaging customer journey, ensuring that service is the number one focus for every colleague.
- Shape and own the regional business plan, engaging the team, sharing commercial and financial expectations, working at pace and reinforcing key messages.
- Create future game changers through coaching, supporting, and developing store teams.
About You
Whilst no experience of working within an optical business is required, you will need to have experience of operating in a fast-paced retail service provision environment. You will be able to demonstrate your passion for ensuring each customer feels that the experience they receive is personal to them.
