We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Revenue Accounting Team and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer invoices against relevant rebate accruals
- Process rebate accrual top-ups and downs
- Perform other essential administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Strong accounting knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft packages
- Understanding of SAP system (desirable)
- Ability to commit to a 6-month project-based assignment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
