About the Role: The Change Partners are collaborating with a prominent Travel brand that is undergoing a significant transformation and expansion of its marketing teams. We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to spearhead these efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and enhance the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Marketing Strategy across the UK and Europe, in close partnership with the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Marketing.
- Tailor strategies to effectively engage targeted customer segments across multiple channels.
- Craft and maintain the Marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Oversee initiatives across diverse channels, including Paid Media, Sponsorships, Social Media, Creative Development, Public Relations, Partnerships, and Production.
- Account for seasonal trends in demand and trading activities.
- Review and approve all marketing materials and creative assets to ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Formulate and implement the social media strategy.
- Act as the custodian of the brand's integrity.
- Design, manage, and execute comprehensive Marketing Campaigns.
- Analyze competitor and market dynamics, adjusting marketing strategies as needed.
- Coordinate with external agencies specializing in Media and Advertising.
- Oversee the marketing budget to ensure optimal return on investment.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in DTC Marketing, with a focus on brand management and delivering impactful campaigns, or relevant agency experience.
- Experience on either the agency or client side.
- Proficiency in developing Marketing strategies encompassing social media, branding, public relations, media, and creative aspects.
- Familiarity with both online and offline marketing channels.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- A proven track record of managing external agencies with a focus on achieving high ROI.
- Innovative thinking to drive the execution of unique Marketing Campaigns.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
- Experience in DTC brands or agencies, preferably within the travel sector, though this is not a strict requirement.
