We are currently seeking a dedicated Corporate Sales Manager - Multi-property to join our Sales & Marketing team on a permanent basis. Your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional experiences and maintaining our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated portfolio of accounts, ensuring comprehensive account management to enhance service and revenue.
  • Drive the growth of transient business from both UK and international clients by identifying and targeting new opportunities.
  • Generate leads for new business and evaluate results to uncover additional revenue streams.
  • Collaborate proactively with our representation company to maximize lead generation and sales.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, focusing on product standards and pricing strategies to leverage client opportunities.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives and budgets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the capacity to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
