We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Development Manager to join our team at Bryn Mawr College. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and implementing the Mid-Level Donor Program, with a focus on increasing donor engagement and financial support over time.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Mid-Level Donor Program, including donor research, outreach, and stewardship.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, alumni, and college administrators.
- Collaborate with the Development Director to set and achieve fundraising goals.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in fundraising and donor engagement, and apply this knowledge to improve our programs and services.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for the environment and a commitment to sustainability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Experience in fundraising and donor engagement, preferably in a higher education setting.
