We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Sustainability to drive our Sustainability function. This is a unique opportunity to super-charge the sustainability agenda of a prominent, global media company and contribute to long-term environmental and organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies to reduce environmental impact, improve resource efficiency, and achieve sustainability goals.
  • Measure and report on the organisation's carbon footprint across all operations.
  • Work with stakeholders to establish best practice and accelerate progress in sustainability.
  • Collaborate with editorial and creative teams to ensure sustainability is integrated into all content, driving behaviour change among our audiences.
  • Stay updated with the latest sustainability trends, technologies, and best practices, and integrate them into the organisation's operations.
Requirements
  • Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving meaningful change.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage globally diverse senior stakeholders.
  • Detailed understanding of the science behind Climate Change and associated global environmental and ecological issues.
  • Expertise in environmental regulations and compliance standards and proficiency in sustainability reporting tools and software.
