Head of Sustainability Job Description

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sustainability to lead the delivery of our environmental sustainability strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Environmental Sustainability Strategy: Refine and deliver our environmental sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
  2. Sustainability Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with customers and partners who share our sustainability ambitions, driving business growth and innovation.
  3. Sustainability Strategy Development: Work with the business development and Group Sustainability teams to devise credible strategies to win work, leveraging our expertise and capabilities.
  4. Sustainability Culture: Positively challenge and influence the business to ensure environmental sustainability becomes an integral part of decision-making, driving cultural change across the organization.
  5. Sustainability Solutions: Collaborate with the bid team to create and lead the sustainability response, developing innovative solutions that meet client and partner needs.
  6. Sustainability Performance: Take ownership of the company's performance against Group environmental strategy and targets, driving change at business unit, project, and individual levels.
  7. Sustainability Team Leadership: Build, motivate, and optimize a high-performance team to drive environmental performance improvement and support the delivery of our strategic goals.
  8. Sustainability Leadership: Work with the Group Sustainability and Residential leadership to define environmental personal performance objectives for senior leaders, cascading down through the organization.
