Exciting Opportunity for a Head of Sustainability

NSB Recruitment Ltd is proud to partner with a leading consultancy in the sustainability sector, seeking a Head of Sustainability to drive their expansion efforts. This role will focus on business development and establishing a dedicated sustainability team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of sustainability strategies, focusing on Circular Economy, Whole Life Carbon Assessments, Sustainability Reporting, and BREEAM Assessments.
  • Grow and manage a team of sustainability consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive business growth and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into all aspects of the business.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in sustainability consulting, with a strong understanding of sustainability statements, circular economy, embodied and operational carbon.
  • Proven business development skills, with a track record of growing and managing teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities, with a strong network and reputation in the sector.
