The Enforcement Team

The Enforcement team plays a critical role in ensuring that the regulation and policy we put in place to protect consumers and citizens is effective. The team identifies and responds to non-compliance affecting consumers and competition in the telecommunications, postal, and broadcasting sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering high-quality work to agreed timetables is essential. You will also have the opportunity to work with policy areas across Ofcom to support strategic outcomes by:

  • Helping develop proactive strategies to encourage stakeholder compliance with remedies imposed.
  • Developing effective working relationships with colleagues across Ofcom policy, legal, and operational teams.
The Skills You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need project management skills to organise tasks and set clear goals, managing resources effectively, while keeping an eye on progress. IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office products, are also essential.
