We are currently in search of a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant specializing in SEMH needs to join our enthusiastic team. This full-time, long-term role offers a competitive daily rate, reflective of experience.

In this position, you will be instrumental in assisting students in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, collaborating closely with classroom educators and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to execute personalized support strategies.

This opportunity arises from the expansion of our SEN services, underscoring our dedication to accommodating the varied needs of our learners.

Your involvement will significantly influence the educational experiences of children facing SEMH challenges.

To thrive in this role, a genuine enthusiasm for supporting SEN students, particularly those with SEMH needs, is essential.


  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, families, and external organizations, to ensure comprehensive support and continuity of care for SEN students.

Implementing customized support strategies as detailed in Individual Education Plans (IEPs).



  • Tracking and documenting student progress, providing feedback to the SENCO and classroom teachers.
