This full-time, long-term role is essential for assisting students with complex needs in Key Stages 1 and 2.The position is available immediately and involves close collaboration with students facing various behavioural and emotional challenges.
This opportunity arises from the institution's ongoing dedication to providing exceptional support for students with challenging behaviours.
The role will be a permanent addition to our devoted SEN team. Candidates should have experience working with children exhibiting challenging behaviours and special educational needs.Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage students with challenging behaviours across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
- Implement and oversee Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behavioural Support Plans.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Behavioural Support Plans and Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Relevant qualifications in Special Educational Needs or equivalent experience preferred.
